     Ms. Tyler has practiced in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Employment Law, Family Law, Criminal Law, and other trial work for approximately fifteen years.

     Ms. Tyler has also been employed as an attorney for the Department of Defense in government contracting and as a prosecutor. Ms. Tyler's previous employment experience includes having worked as a college professor at St. Ambrose University in the business department for approximately two years.
Associates
Melissa J. Carr, Legal Assistant

     Meliessa Carr received her Associate's Degree as a legal secretary from Black Hawk College, Moline, Illinois in 1991. Melissa has worked in the law field for 14 years, as a legal secretary, legal assistant, and bookkeeper. She has worked in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, race, sex and age discrimination, and family law. Melissa currently assists Ms. Tyler in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, race, sex, and age discrimination.
Kelly J. Finley, Legal Assistant

     Kelly Finley graduated from the American Institute of Commerce as a legal secretary in 1988. Kelly has worked as a secretary and legal assistant to several attorneys in both Illinois and Iowa. She has over five years experience in family law, real estate, personal injury, bankruptcy, and criminal law. Kelly currently assists Ms. Tyler in the areas of family law and personal injury.
